Four contemporary townhouses on Auckland's North Shore, each with beach access and modern coastal design. Individual property photography for each unit, shared amenity documentation, drone footage showcasing proximity to Takapuna Beach, and virtual 3D tours for offshore buyers.

All four townhouses sold off-plan within 8 weeks. The 3D virtual tours were accessed by 142 prospective buyers, with 60% of viewings from international buyers. Average sale price: $2.3M per unit.
