A boutique development of 12 architecturally designed townhouses in Grey Lynn. Our multi-phase content strategy documented the project from construction through to completion, creating anticipation and demand at every stage. The campaign included progress updates, styled interior photography, lifestyle video content, and targeted social media advertising.
